그림이 한 단어만 달라요Only one word is different
첫 글자만 보고 찍을 수 없어요. 문장을 끝까지 읽어야 맞힐 수 있어요. 따라 쓰기만 하는 책이 아니라, 뜻을 이해하는 진짜 읽기예요.Children can't guess from the first word. They have to read the whole sentence to find the right picture. This is reading for meaning, not tracing.

책 앞의 3문항으로 우리 아이가 어느 단원에서, 어떤 방법으로 시작하면 좋을지 알 수 있어요. 만 4세도 초등 1학년도 같은 책으로 시작해요.Three quick questions at the front of the book tell you which unit to start with and which way to use each page. A 4-year-old and a first grader can use the same book.
영어가 자신 없어도 괜찮아요You don't need to be confident in English

10년 넘게 한국 영어유치부와 초등 프로그램에서 만 4~9세 아이들에게 영어를 가르쳤어요. 아이들이 단어를 넘어 첫 문장을 스스로 읽는 순간을 위해 이 책을 만들었어요.For more than ten years, Jason has taught English to Korean children ages 4–9, mostly in English kindergartens and their elementary programs. He made Chekki English to help young learners take the step from single words to their first sentences.
