1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 이용 목적
- 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 로그인 제공자 식별자(Google / Apple / Kakao), 사용자 역할 — 회원 식별 및 로그인
- 학습 데이터: 학습지 사진, 사진에서 추출된 문항·학생 답안, 채점 결과 및 오답 기록 — AI 채점, 복습 워크시트 생성, 학습 진행도 확인
- 학원 이용 시: 학생 이름, 반 배정, 채점 요약, 학부모 리포트, 교사 수업 일지 — 학원 운영 및 학부모 리포트
- 결제 정보: 구독 상태 및 구매 기록(Apple / Google 스토어 경유). 카드 번호는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 기술 정보: 기기·브라우저 정보, IP 주소, 오류 로그, 웹사이트 이용 통계 — 서비스 안정성, 부정 이용 방지, 기능 개선
2. 데이터 처리 방식
- 학습지 사진은 채점을 위해 Google Gemini API로 전송되며, 사진 원본은 당사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
- 채점 결과는 동일 사진 재채점 속도 향상을 위해 최대 30일간 캐시된 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 오답 기록은 복습 기능을 위해 계정에 저장되며, 계정 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 오디오 연습실의 음성은 기기에 내장된 음성 인식(Apple / Google)으로 처리되며 당사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
- 교사용 음성 일지 기능의 녹음은 일지 작성을 위해 Google Gemini API로 전송되며, 녹음 파일은 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다. 일부 업체는 대한민국 외 지역(미국 등)에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 기간 및 파기
- 계정 정보 및 오답 기록: 계정 삭제 시까지
- 채점 결과 캐시: 최대 30일 후 자동 삭제
- 학원 데이터: 학원의 서비스 이용 기간 동안
- 관련 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 결제 기록 등은 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.
5. 학원(기관) 이용 시 처리 특칙
학원 원장/교사가 Chekki를 통해 학생 정보(이름, 반 배정, 학습지 이미지, 채점 결과, 학부모 연락처)를 입력하는 경우, 해당 학원이 그 학생 개인정보에 대한 개인정보처리자이며 Chekki(채키)는 학원과의 계약에 따라 이를 위탁 처리하는 수탁자입니다. 학생 및 보호자에 대한 동의 확보는 학원의 책임입니다.
원장은 언제든지 support@chekkiai.com 으로 학원 데이터 전체의 내보내기 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 삭제 요청은 확인 절차를 거쳐 통상 영업일 기준 30일 이내 처리됩니다.
6. 이용자의 권리 및 계정 삭제
이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱의 설정 → 계정 탈퇴에서 계정과 관련 데이터를 즉시 삭제하거나, support@chekkiai.com 으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. Data we collect and why
- Account: name, email address, sign-in provider ID (Google / Apple / Kakao), user role. Used to identify you and sign you in.
- Learning data: worksheet photos, the questions and student answers read from them, grading results and mistake history. Used for AI grading, review worksheets and progress tracking.
- School use: student names, class assignments, grading summaries, parent reports, teacher class logs. Used to run the academy features and parent reports.
- Purchases: subscription status and purchase history (via the Apple / Google stores). We never receive card numbers.
- Technical: device and browser info, IP address, error logs, website usage statistics. Used for reliability, abuse prevention and product improvement.
2. How data is processed
- Worksheet photos are sent to the Google Gemini API for grading. We do not store the original photos on our servers.
- Grading results are cached for up to 30 days so the same photo grades faster, then deleted automatically.
- Mistake history is saved to your account for the review features and is deleted with your account.
- Voice in the Audio Practice Room is handled by your device's built-in speech recognition (Apple / Google) and is not sent to or stored on our servers.
- Recordings from the teacher voice-log feature are sent to the Google Gemini API to fill in the log. We do not store the recordings.
3. Service providers and international transfer
We use the providers below to run the service. Some of them may process data outside Korea (for example, in the United States).

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Retention and deletion
- Account data and mistake history: until the account is deleted.
- Grading result cache: deleted automatically after at most 30 days.
- School data: for as long as the school uses the service.
- Records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept for the required period and then deleted.
5. School / institutional use
When a school director or teacher enters student data into Chekki (student name, class assignment, worksheet images, grading results, parent contact info), that school is the data controller for that student data and Chekki acts as a processor under its agreement with the school. Obtaining consent from students and guardians is the school's responsibility.
A director may request a full export or deletion of the school's data at any time by emailing support@chekkiai.com. Deletion requests are verified and typically processed within 30 business days.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You (or a parent or legal guardian, for children under 14) may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of personal data at any time. To delete your account and its data, open Settings → Delete Account in the app, or email support@chekkiai.com.
